We believe this impressive Victorian dresser began life as a utility or scullery dresser. Its generous proportions, glazed upper cupboard and practical combination of open shelving, drawers and cupboards make it a wonderfully useful piece, as well as a striking focal point.
The glazed doors open to display shelves, with an open shelf beneath. The base has two drawers and cupboard storage behind panelled doors. Its warm, timeworn finish and simple, sturdy construction give it plenty of character.
Please note: work has been carried out to the right-hand side during its lifetime to allow it to fit into an alcove. This alteration is reflected in its Grade 04 – Well-worn condition. Please study the photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.
