Refund policy

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. All of our pieces are antique or vintage, so natural signs of age and use are part of their character and not considered faults.

If, however, you do change your mind, we accept returns (except for bespoke pieces and sale items) within 14 days of delivery. Items must come back in the same condition, and return delivery costs are covered by you. We also charge a 10% restocking fee. Please email hello@ahundredstories.co.uk to start the return.

On the rare occasion something arrives damaged or isn’t as described, please get in touch within 48 hours so we can put it right straight away.

Refunds
 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
