A small but characterful wooden Victorian butcher’s block with a thick end grain top, a deep moulded edge and turned legs with decorative detailing. Its dark, time worn surface and visible marks give it plenty of presence as a statement piece in a kitchen, dining room or shop.
The top is made from individual end grain blocks and shows extensive wear from use over time.
Dimensions: 115.5 w × 66 d × 72 h cm
Condition: 03 A genuine antique working piece with considerable age related wear, marks, knocks, splits, movement and irregularities throughout, particularly to the chopping surface. These are entirely consistent with its original use and form an integral part of its character.
